- Appointments are provided via Zoom. You will be sent a link when you schedule your appointment.
- I will not be reminding you of your appointments – part of counseling is the practice of self-responsibility.
- Rates are $128; with financial hardship scale, with minimum rate of $88 offered for each 60-minute session.
- Outside regular office hours rate is $168/ for 60 minutes.
- Payment forms accepted are PayPal or Venmo
- Payments are preferred prior to or at the onset of the appointment so we are not distracted by finances at the end of our sessions.
- The Cancellation policy is as follows:
- 24 hour advance notice required
- If you call within 24 hours and I can fill the appointment time, you will not be charged for something you didn’t get to use.
- No shows are automatically billed in full.
REFUND Policy:
· 90% Refund if cancelled 24 hours or more prior to appointment
· 50% Refund if cancelled 12-24 hours prior
· 0% Refund if less than 12 hours or no-show.

SEEING YOUR FACE MATTERS!
Dr. Nancy relies on facial expressions, body language and being able to watch a couple’s interaction with each other for her consultation sessions. She is not available to counsel via text, email or phone calls. She is determined to provide you with the highest degree of skill and professionalism.
PAYMENTS
All virtual appointments must be paid for in advance. Our times are very limited and we do not double book any appointment times.
We understand many of our clients live internationally, therefore we do offer an array of flexible office hours to accommodate your busy lives. Virtual appointments are offered Monday thru Friday, and one Saturday per month.
CLINICAL SEXOLOGY PRACTICE
Dr. Nancy’s sessions are open to couples, women, men and teens in the areas of intimacy, sexuality, relationships, pornography concerns or curiosities, and creating the relationships of your mutual desires.
Her specialty is intimate communication; using specific techniques designed to create a loving dynamic for each person to feel safe speaking and hearing the truths blocking deep intimate connection.
She has extensive experience working with couples choosing to redesign their relationship guidelines and boundaries; such as open relationships, polyamory, freestyle, long distance agreements, creative configurations and more.
Having been a health care provider for nearly forty years, she has a strong referral network for any reasons requiring therapeutic counsel or medical care.
As a Clinical Sexologist, Dr. Nancy is bound by confidentiality and mandatory reporting laws. Dr. Nancy follows the same ethical code as physicians and licensed therapists.
