Appointments are conducted via Zoom; a meeting link is provided upon scheduling.
Appointment reminders are not sent—clients are responsible for tracking their own sessions.
Standard rate: $128 per 55-minute session; reduced rate of $88 available for those with financial hardship.
Appointments outside regular hours are $168 per 55-minute session.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, Cash App.
Payments are preferred before or at the beginning of your appointment to minimize financial distractions during your session.
- The Cancellation policy is as follows:
- 24 hour advance notice required
- If you call within 24 hours and I can fill the appointment time, you will not be charged for something you didn’t get to use.
- No shows are automatically billed in full.
REFUND Policy:
· 90% Refund if cancelled 24 hours or more prior to appointment
· 50% Refund if cancelled 12-24 hours prior
· 0% Refund if less than 12 hours or no-show.

Dr. Nancy provides private consultations exclusively via Zoom, utilizing facial expressions and body language to deepen understanding of each client’s unique relationship dynamics. Upon scheduling, a Zoom link is sent immediately. Counseling is not offered by text, email, or phone, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and skill.
Advance payment is required for all virtual appointments, which are scheduled one at a time without double-booking. To accommodate international clients, flexible office hours are available Monday through Friday, with select Saturday appointments each month.
