PAYMENT POLICY:

  1. Payment is expected at the time of appointment booking; if you choose to take advantage of our hardship sliding scale, please follow instructions carefully to make payment at the time of booking. 
  2. Your payment is what will secure your appointment time.
  3. The hardship scale is from $88 – $128.  Please pay what you feel you can afford between these two numbers; and I trust you will be fair.  I still have faith that people will choose to do the right thing when trusted to do so.
  4. There are many forms of payment options to choose from here.

For clients currently suffering from financial hardship due to Covid or other reasons… Please accept our offer of a reduced rate. We know when you are back on your feet you’ll be able to pay our regular rates, making this option more readily available to others in need.

50-minute session for individual or couple.

Helpful Hints: 

  1. On occasion we have been asked if clients could pay on a sliding scale between our hardship and usual rates.  We have heard you.  We are always grateful for your trust in us

  3. The minimum rates we can accept are $75 up to the $128 per 55 minutes. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy: ·

  • 90% Refund if cancelled /rescheduled 24 hours or more prior to appointment
  • 50% Refund if cancelled /rescheduled 12-24 hours prior
  • 0% Refund if cancelled /rescheduled less than 12 hours or no-show
